Class is limited to a size of three couples.
Class meets in the home of instructor near Elk Grove, CA. Detailed directions are sent to paid registrants.
No, you can bring your mom, friend, sister, etc. A person
that would comfort you during birth should attend the class.
4. Is this class appropriate for lesbian couples?
The small class size allows for privacy.
5. What should I bring to class?
A pillow or two for comfort is all you need to bring.
6. When should I register for class?
The best time to take the class is 4 to 6 weeks before your due date. Check registration page for dates available.
7. My baby is due this week, can I still enroll?
Yes, email or call (916) 525-7596 to check for openings.
8. What can I do if no class dates fit my schedule?
Please email us with 2-3 dates and times that work for you, and if we are available then you will be enrolled for those dates.
9. Do I have to pay in advance?
Yes, classes fill quickly. Click registration page to pay by debit or credit card. Refunds are possible if you cancel two days in advance.
10. What method do you teach?
Check class information for overview of session. I do not focus on one method but teach multiple breathing techniques, labor positions, labor tools and relaxation techniques. Labor is unpredictable so I focus on giving you many ways to cope without medication.
