Natural Childbirth
Private class teaches you about the birth process and how to trust your body. Class provides practical techniques that prepare you to labor confidently without medication.
Taught by independent ICEA certified childbirth educator. Class size is small. This prepared childbirth class offers complete and unbiased information about all possible birth plan options since it is not affiliated with local area hospitals such as Kaiser Permanente, Sutter Medical Center, Mercy Healthcare, or the UC Davis Health System.
Enrollment is ongoing. If your due date is fast approaching you may still have time to take a childbirth class. We gladly accept registrations late in your pregnancy.
A 2-hour childbirth class that meets only one time serves to quickly build confidence in new parents with tight schedules. The 2 hour class is also an excellent refresher class for families expecting again.
