Our classes fit into busy schedules. The "Childbirth Basics" session is an excellent refresher class for those who have given birth before and just need a review.
Taught by an independent ICEA certified childbirth educator. This prepared childbirth class offers complete and unbiased information about all possible birth plan options since it is not affiliated with local area hospitals such as Kaiser Permanente, Sutter Medical Center, Mercy Healthcare, or the UC Davis Health System.
Enrollment is ongoing. If your due date is fast approaching you still have time to take a childbirth class. We gladly accept registrations late in your pregnancy.
